Refund and Returns Policy

The product I want to return was bought on discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?

If you return a product purchased on a discount, we will refund you the amount you paid after the discount. The refund will not reflect the original price of the item but the amount you were charged at the time of purchase.

In case I return the products, will the COD/Shipping/Gifting charges be credited back?

When you return a product, the original shipping and gift wrapping charges will not be refunded. However, if you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), the COD service charge will also not be refunded. Only the cost of the product, minus any applicable discount, will be refunded.

My product has been picked up but I have not got my refund yet.

Once your returned product is picked up and received at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check. This process may take up to 3-5 business days. After successful inspection, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

What are the terms of the exchange policy?

You can exchange products purchased from KraftDesi.com within 5 days of receiving the product. The product must be in its original condition, with all tags intact. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or choose another product of equal or lesser value.

I have created an exchange request. When will the product be picked up?

Once your exchange request is approved, our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a pickup. The pickup usually happens within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

When will I get my exchanged product delivered?

After the original product is picked up and passes the quality check, the exchanged product will be dispatched. The delivery time will depend on your location but generally takes 5-7 business days.

Upon approval of your return request, our delivery partner will reach out to schedule a pickup. If your pincode is serviceable, the pickup will typically occur within 3-5 business days. If your pincode is outside the serviceable area, you will need to self-ship the product.

Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Once we receive the returned item and it passes the quality check, an additional ₹100 will be credited to your account to cover the re shipping cost.

Is there a convenience fee to get a refund?

There is no additional convenience fee for processing a refund. The amount refunded will be the total amount paid for the product, minus any shipping and COD charges, as well as any discounts applied at the time of purchase.

What are the terms of the Return Policy?​

A. Return Window

All returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product. Condition of Product: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

B. Non-Refundable Charges

Shipping costs, COD charges, and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.

C. Pincode Serviceability

If our delivery partner cannot service your pincode, you must self-ship the product, and an additional ₹100 will be credited to your account for reshipping costs.
